One shared workspace for your team's recordings.

Five seats are included. When you need more, the workspace owner adds them from Team Billing at $15 per seat per month, or $150 per seat per year, prorated for the current billing period. Pending invites count toward seats, so what you see in Team Billing is what you pay for.

Business Pro is one seat. Enterprise gives you five seats in one shared workspace, with shared folders and tags, auto-sharing on upload, owner/admin/member roles, invites, an audit log, admin-only team analytics, an org-wide Cloud Sync policy, and one invoice. The transcription engine, styles, custom instructions, Cloud Sync, and the MCP connector are the same on both.

The owner chooses. With “Auto-share new recordings” on, every recording a member uploads while the team is their active context is shared into the workspace automatically. With it off, members share individual recordings from the transcript page. Personal folders and tags stay private either way, and the owner decides whether members can rename or delete shared recordings or only their own.

The owner manages billing, seats, roles, and the workspace settings (auto-sharing, member edit rights, and the Cloud Sync policy). Admins invite members, resend or revoke invites, manage shared folders and tags, and see team analytics. Members upload, share, search, and file recordings into shared folders and tags.

Recordings shared into the workspace by a member, unshared, or edited or deleted from the workspace; shared folders and tags created or removed; role changes and member removals; invites created or revoked; the Cloud Sync policy switched on or off; and team Cloud Sync files processed or automations paused. Each entry names the member and the time, is written as the action happens, and nothing in the product edits or removes it. Recordings added by auto-share, folder and tag renames, and the two other workspace switches are not logged today.

Yes. Each member adds WhisperAI in Claude or ChatGPT's connector settings and signs in with their WhisperAI account. Access is granted through OAuth scopes (read and write transcripts, read account) rather than an API key, and can be revoked at any time. From chat they can upload, search, summarize, translate, and export transcripts, and Enterprise members see the recordings shared into their workspace as well as their own.

Each member connects their Google Drive, picks the folders to watch, and sets the language, transcription style, speaker detection, and export formats per folder. New audio and video is transcribed automatically and PDF, DOCX, TXT, SRT, or VTT files are written back to Drive. The owner can switch Cloud Sync off for the whole team with one setting. OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box are coming soon.

Members can sign in with their Google or Microsoft work accounts, or with email and password. We do not currently offer SAML or enforced domain-wide SSO, and there is no SCIM provisioning; members are invited by email from Team Billing.

No. Recordings and transcripts are not sold, and they are not used to train AI models, by WhisperAI or by the processors that handle transcription under our data processing agreements. Our Privacy Policy lists every processor and what each one does.

Yes. The WhisperAI Data Processing Agreement is available as a PDF download on this page and on the Privacy page; it sets out the terms under which WhisperAI processes customer personal data. Contact support@whisperai.com if your procurement process needs a countersigned copy.

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. WhisperAI aligns its security program with SOC 2 standards and guidelines; that is an alignment statement, not a claim of SOC 2 certification. Shared recordings are visible only to members of your workspace, and access ends when a member is removed.

Yes. The owner can cancel from Team Billing whenever needed. The team keeps access through the end of the paid period, and your recordings and transcripts remain yours to export or delete.
