What "Unlimited" actually means at TurboScribe
Unlimited on hours, not on speed. According to TurboScribe's own support pages, above roughly 24 hours of audio a day it applies "High Volume Mode", dropping you from 50 simultaneous uploads to one file at a time. The pricing page promises "Highest Priority" and "Upload 50 files at a time" and never mentions the limit. A separate Unlimited Max tier ($200/month) is sold as having "no delays or soft limits" — and is also missing from the pricing page. WhisperAI's Business Pro is unlimited with no published soft limits.
Clear cancellation terms
Of the 26 one-star TurboScribe reviews in our review, 15 report being charged after cancelling or auto-renewed without clear consent, 10 asked for a refund and were refused, and 9 say support never replied. TurboScribe publishes no refund policy. WhisperAI's Terms say it plainly: cancel any time from account settings and keep access until the paid cycle ends.
