What is WhisperAI Cloud Sync?

Can different folders have different settings?
Yes. Each automation carries its own source folder, destination, language, transcription style, speaker settings, and export formats.
Where are my finished transcripts saved?
You choose. Cloud Sync can save finished transcripts alongside the original recording, or in a dedicated transcript folder so the originals stay untouched.
Which transcript formats can Cloud Sync create?
PDF, DOCX, TXT, SRT, and VTT — any combination, per watched folder.
How do I know whether a file was transcribed?
Each automation shows a processed counter for the current run, and every file it has seen carries its own status: transcribed, skipped with the reason, or failed. Files that fail on a transient error are retried automatically.
What access does WhisperAI need to my cloud storage?
Only what the automations you create require: read access to the folders you select, and permission to upload transcripts back. Files anywhere else are never read, and you can disconnect the account at any time.
Can I pause Cloud Sync?
Yes. Individual automations can be paused and restarted without deleting their configuration.
Which plans include Cloud Sync?
Cloud Sync is included with Business Pro, Enterprise, and Developer API plans, and there is no separate automation add-on to buy. On Business Pro it is free for now.
