By accessing and using WhisperAI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

WhisperAI is an AI-powered voice transcription platform that converts audio recordings into text, provides translation services, and offers related features. Our service is powered by advanced artificial intelligence technology including OpenAI's models.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Violate any laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with third-party providers, including OpenAI for transcription and translation processing, Stripe for payment processing, and SendGrid for transactional email. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Billing Terms
Paid subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly, or annual plans and are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to the paid features until that cycle ends. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing cycles, unused transcription minutes, downgrades, or dissatisfaction with the service. Plan prices, included usage limits, and overage rates may change; we will give reasonable advance notice of material pricing changes before they take effect for your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WhisperAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Disclaimers
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions, and results may vary based on audio quality and other factors. You use the service at your own risk.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice in the service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; if you do not agree, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
