Yes, when the meeting runs in a browser tab in Chrome or Edge: choose Microphone + tab audio, share that tab and tick “Share tab audio”. On macOS and Linux, Chrome can only capture audio from a browser tab, so the Zoom and Teams desktop apps can't be recorded there. On Windows and ChromeOS you can share your entire screen with “Also share system audio” to capture a desktop app. Safari and Firefox record the microphone only.

Yes. Create a share link from the recap and anyone with the link sees a read-only page with the summary, the action items and the transcript. You can remove the link at any time.
